Former AAMCO Building Sold for $530K

A 10,500 square foot industrial building has recently been sold for a total of $530,000. The former Aamco building located on US Highway 1 in Fort Pierce was purchased by All Area Roofing. This will be the company’s Treasure Coast Headquarters. All Area Roofing provides new roofing services and maintenance. Jeremiah Baron, President of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC brokered the transaction.
