Free-standing building SOLD $735K

A 10,582 SF freestanding building currently occupied by AAMCO has just been sold for $735,000 to a local investor. The well established AAMCO franchisee will continue operating at the Fort Pierce location on a long term basis. AAMCO provides top notch auto services ranging from transmissions, brakes, maintenance, and much more. The deal was brokered by Jeremiah Baron, Owner of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate LLC.
