Midway Motors in Fort Pierce sells for $305K

The Midway Motors auto dealership in Fort Pierce was recently sold for a total of $305,000. Local investors from the Palm Beach area bought the property and have made plans for renovations with the goal to become a “high volume” auto dealership. Some of the neighboring business include Lexus and Bennett Auto Supplies. The property located at 5250 S US Highway 1 features a mechanic workshop and car lift, while the interior has a customer lobby, executive offices and a showroom. The deal was brokered by sales and leasing agent, Alex Rodriguez-Torres of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
