The condo is part of the Key West style Sawgrass Business Center which features CBS construction, metal roofing, and some units with solar power. The condo will be the new office for a home healthcare team which provide at-home assistance for the elderly. The deal was brokered by Chris Belland, Sales and Leasing Agent of Jeremiah Baron & Co.
