A Shell Gas Station located on 1600 NE Jensen Beach Boulevard has recently been sold for a total of $500,000. The site features a 546 square-foot retail building with 8 pumps and 120 square foot shed used as an office plus additional storage that sits on 0.52 acres. There is a possibility that the new owner will operate the gas station under a different gas supplier along with some other changes. The deal was brokered by Lou Perrotta, Vice President of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
