Professional Office Building Sold For $2,150,000

September 23, 2014 – The Century Professional Plaza building located on 7410 S US Highway 1 near E Prima Vista Boulevard was recently sold to DP Property Ventures, LLC for $2,150,000. The four-story 36,000 sq. ft. professional office building has been an established facility for over 25 years, and currently holds a variety of professional office practices that includes the Internal Revenue Service. Some minor updates will be done throughout the building so that the units have a fresh look for future tenants. The deal was brokered by Alex Rodriguez-Torres, a sales and leasing associate of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate LLC.
