Site is located just minutes away from the Crosstown Parkway which has just been expanded towards the East to easily reach US-1. The property was purchased by an investment team; no immediate word on future plans. Buyer and seller were represented by Matt Crady with Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
