0.69 AC Land Sells for $250K

A 0.69 acre lot located on SW Port St. Lucie Blvd. near SE Floresta Dr. has been sold for $250,000. Plans for the site have not yet been revealed but a brand new development will soon be taking place. The deal was brokered by Matt Crady, who represented both the buyer and seller.
