0.72 AC Land in PSL sells for $275K

A 0.72 AC land located along SE Port St. Lucie Blvd. has just been sold for a total of $275,000. The piece of property has been pre-approved for development, however, future plans for the the site have not yet been disclosed. The site was sold by Matt Mondo, Commercial Agent with Jeremiah Baron & Co., who represented the seller in the transaction.
