7.47 AC Land in Stuart sells for $2M

A 7.47 acre vacant land located just of SE Central Parkway in Stuart has just sold for a grand total of $2,000,000. The land was sold to Meritage Homes of Florida, a home development company specializing in building smart, energy efficient homes throughout Florida. The property will be the future site for a multi-family residential project. Owner and Broker, Jeremiah Baron of Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the seller in the transaction.
