Seawind Plaza welcomes new Tenant Stuart Events.

Seawind Plaza is pleased to welcome its new tenant, Stuart Events. Stuart Events has signed a five-year lease for a spacious end cap unit, featuring a new storefront with impact windows, a full sprinkler system, and a predominantly open floor plan with two office spaces and a kitchen. The exterior includes five signs (one on the building and two on each of the monument signs located on the north and south sides of the property), excellent parking, and traffic counts reaching up to 41,000 cars per day.
