FORT PIERCE, FL — An approximately 1,665-square-foot medical office suite at 2215 Nebraska Avenue, Suite 3E, in Fort Pierce has sold for $200,000 in an off-market transaction, with both sides represented by CMB commercial real estate professionals.

The transaction involved a medical office unit in an established Fort Pierce medical building adjacent to the HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. While the buyer’s future plans for the property have not been disclosed, the sale highlights continued activity in the area’s commercial real estate market.
