An office building located at 700 S Colorado Ave. in Stuart has been sold for a total of $368,500. The property has had a long history of attorneys occupying the building. Most recently it was the office of attorney Tom Fogt for many years, however, its original owner; the late W.R. Bill Scott was an attorney in Stuart since 1949 and had built the office which was later sold in the settling of his Estate. The 2,056 sf building sits right by the Frazier Creek canal and it’s situated between US-1 and the Downtown Stuart area. The deal was brokered by KC Daniel, Broker Associate with Jeremiah Baron & Co.
