The combined 57,388 sf storage facilities are operated by Long Horn Storage which offers both personal and commercial storage. The property was purchased by an undisclosed investor as a portfolio piece. The transaction was brokered by Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
