A former freestanding office building located in the heart of Downtown Stuart has just closed for a total of $255,000. The property will undergo renovations but future plans for the site have not yet been disclosed. The building measures 1,080 square-feet and is situated on a 0.07 acre lot just off SW Dixie Highway. The transaction was represented by Sales and Leasing agents, Conor Mackin and Chris Belland.
