4.29 AC Land in Ft. Pierce sells for $500K

A vacant piece of land located between US-1 and N Old Dixie Highway in Fort Pierce has just closed for $500,000. There are no immediate plans for development at the moment but could have the potential for various general commercial uses. This is the second land property sold in the immediate area since back in December a 1.08 acre land just north of the property had closed for $125,000. The transaction was executed by Sales and Leasing Agent Matt Mondo.
