Two vacant land properties have just been sold for a total of $140,000. One property is located on 1781 SE Lennard Road while the other is located across the street on SE Grand Drive. Both properties add up to 1.49 AC of professional land. A local investor purchased the property, future plans for the sites are yet to be disclosed.
