Earlier this year the Jeremiah Baron & Co. Development Division acquired the former Wallace Chevy Dealer to make way for a brand new retail shopping development. With the final plans coming together, Jeremiah and business partner Arthur Mogavero have just broken ground on the big project. The site will be featuring a whole new wave of tenants such as Metro Diner, Firehouse Subs, Zaxby’s Jupiter Medical, Freshii, and a new location for Paradise Car Wash. Check out the a short clip of the demolition below!
