Baron Shoppes of Tradition Sells for $10,530,000

Located in the master planned community of Tradition sister plazas known as Baron Shoppes have sold for a combined $10,700,000. At 9,350 sf, the largest of the two builds sold for $6,500,000 in fall 2022, then to start 2023 off with a bang the second building totaling 5,850 sf sold for more than $4,000,000.

Construction took a little over 2 years to complete due to Covid. However, the properties had tenants even before the Baron Development team broke ground. The buildings host 7 units total and the tenant lists includes national retailers like Chipotle, Mathnasium and La Granja to name a few. One of the unique features of this location is its proximity (less than a mile) to planned tourism site that will feature the world’s tallest heart sculpture. This deal was completed by Broker Jeremiah Baron.
