Baron Shoppes Retail Strip sells for $6.5M

The Baron Shoppes of Tradition, a brand new commercial development brought together by J Baron Development has just sold a portion of the property consisting of a multi-tenant retail strip for a grand total of $6,500,000. The 9,350 square-foot retail strip features a total of five tenants which include Chipotle and a mix of National and Regional tenants such as Mathnasium and Noonci Eyecare. Adjacent to the property is also the development of an outparcel with three tenants in addition to Paradise Car Wash’s third location. Site is currently under construction, and will be one of the newest addition to Tradition’s rapidly growing area. Jeremiah Baron, CEO and Chairman of Jeremiah Baron & Co.
