Biltmore Warehouse Leased

A newly remodeled 6,000 SF warehouse located at 1725 SW Biltmore Street in Port Saint Lucie has recently been leased to Jumping Time, an indoor trampoline park great for parties and many more activities. The site has about 1,200 SF of office space, plus 4,800 SF of A/C open warehouse space. The deal was brokered by Alex Rodriguez-Torres, Vice President of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
