Cali Coffee and Tacos Ponchos Join Future Plaza in Tradition

Two exciting new tenants are set to join the future Village Parkway Plaza located off SW Village Parkway in the growing community of Tradition. Cali Coffee will occupy a 1,622-square-foot end cap space, while Tacos Ponchos, opening their second location, will lease a 1,522-square-foot space directly next door.

The leases were executed by Conor Mackin, who represented the landlord, and Chris Belland, who represented the tenant.

Village Parkway Plaza is quickly filling up, with only a few limited spaces remaining. Additional confirmed tenants include Escape Nails, EKOS, Good Vets, and City Diner, contributing to a dynamic retail and dining lineup designed to serve Tradition’s growing community.

Construction on the plaza is anticipated to begin early 2026.
