Car Wash Sold for $343K

The sale of a former car wash for $343,000 was recently brokered by Lou Perrotta of Jeremiah Baron and Co. Commercial Real Estate. The building is undergoing remodeling and will have it’s grand opening in December. The new owner, Team Blue, has multiple locations nation wide and will offer hand washing and full-service detailing.
