Christopher Bondi is a Commercial Real Estate Associate with CMB Commercial Real Estate, specializing in industrial and retail leasing and sales throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast, including St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, Palm Beach, and Brevard counties.
With over five years of experience, Christopher has completed transactions involving over 225,000 square feet of industrial space, specializing in small-bay industrial and flex properties. His notable transactions include the sale of 64 industrial units at Hobe Sound Auto Vault, totaling 93,000 square feet.
Christopher has also handled over 55,000 square feet of retail leasing and sales, including transactions at Town Shoppes Plaza in Port St. Lucie with tenants such as Swig, Shipley Donuts, and Vapor Escape.
Christopher focuses on building lasting landlord-tenant relationships through transparent communication, responsiveness, and practical solutions. He believes successful transactions should protect property owners’ investments while supporting tenants’ long-term business growth.
A licensed Florida real estate agent, Christopher is currently pursuing his CCIM designation. He graduated with his BS in Social Sciences from Florida State University in 2019.
