Commercial Condos Sold For $130K

Two commercial condos located at 8489 & 8487 S US Highway 1 in Port Saint Lucie have been sold for a total of $130,000. The buyers plan to use the property as a new location for a hair and nail salon. The deal was brokered by Lou Perrotta, Vice President of Jeremiah Baron Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
