Another successful transaction! The Seaway Plaza located right off US-1 in Fort Pierce has just been sold for a total of $1,125,000. The building measures 19,183 square feet and features a mixture of professional and retail tenants. The property was purchased by a Florida Investment firm as an addition to their portfolio.
