Fully occupied shopping center that is anchored by Pinch-A-Penny has just sold for a grand total of $2,400,000. The property located near Salerno Road in Stuart, Florida measures 14,632 square-feet with a total of six tenants. Site had undergone improvements which include a completely renovated monument sign. The sale was executed by Chris Belland and Matthew Koblegard.
