Eyeglass World in Stuart sells for $2.4M

A brand new Eyeglass World building located at the Baron Shoppes in Stuart, Florida has been acquired for $2,400,000. The 4,000 square-foot property was also part of brand new development project completed by the Jeremiah Baron & Co. Development Division in late 2018.

Eyeglass World is part of National Vision Inc.’s nationally located retail stores. Known as the one-stop shop for all things eyewear, Eyeglass World not only provides eye exams but a wide selection of eyeglasses, sunglasses, and even contact lenses.

The property was purchased by an investor from Miami and the transaction was brokered by Jeremiah Baron, Broker and Owner of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
