Former Golf World in Stuart sells for $8.8M

The entertainment complex known as 76 Golf World located on Kanner Highway in Stuart has just been sold for a grand total of $8,800,000. The previous owners of the property had decided to retire after being in business for nearly 32 years. A section of the expansive 24.44 acre property was dedicated to the entertainment complex which featured an arcade, 18-hole mini golf courses, go-karts, and other family-friendly amenities. A company controlled by Jeremiah Baron purchased the property and plans to collaborate with J Baron Development to determine the highest and best use that will best benefit the surrounding community.
