A former TD Bank branch located on Jensen Beach Boulevard has recently been sold for $850,000. The 4,531 SE freestanding building was purchased by a local doctor who is planning on redeveloping it into a care center for dementia patients. Construction is set to start in just a few months. The property is located just one-half mile east of Federal Highway, and within close proximity to the Grand Oak of Jensen Beach, an assisted living community built in 2014. The buyer of the property was represented by Jeremiah Baron, President of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
