GA Storage Facility sells for $7.4M

A well-established self storage facility in Eastanollee, Georgia has just sold for a grand total of $7,488,000. The site consists of a total of 62,970 sf of storage on a 9.75 acre lot. This great investment deal was purchased by a self storage investor who has since rebranded the property into the Midgard Self Storage Facility; which will continue to provide the same great service as it’s previous owner. The deal was brokered by Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
