The Gardens Plaza in Port St. Lucie, Florida sold for $2,200,000 to a local investor on December 16th. The fully leased storefront was renovated with a brand new interior and exterior back in 2015. It is located in a prime retail location with easy on/off access to US Highway 1. Great exposure with traffic counts as high as 80,000 cars a day. The 5,400 square-foot multi-tenant warehouse in the rear, and billboard was also inclusive with the transaction. In close proximity to many National tenants such as Walmart, Burger King, Sam’s Club, Metro PCS, GameStop, and many others. The transaction was executed by Broker Jeremiah Baron and Sales & Leasing Agent Matthew Mondo.
