Announcing the lease of the 10,960-square-foot, two-story building at 2019 NE Jensen Beach Blvd — long recognized as the former home of Mulligan’s Restaurant — to Hacienda Corona, an upscale Mexican restaurant concept. The lease runs for a term of five and a half years.
The property sits along one of Jensen Beach’s most recognizable restaurant corridors, and its two-story layout offers the kind of scale and visibility that has made it a landmark address for dining in the area for years. With Mulligan’s departure leaving a well-known space vacant, its transition to a new restaurant concept marks a notable turnover for a site that has long anchored the local dining scene.
Hacienda Corona is expected to bring an upscale take on Mexican cuisine to the corridor, occupying the full two-story footprint of the building.
Congratulations to Matt Crady of CMB Commercial Real Estate for the commendable transaction!
