The Interpark Place Commerce Park in St Lucie West located at 560 NW Interpark Place has been leased to Hannan Environmental Services who will occupy the entire property with a 5 year leasing contract. The property has a total of 15,250 square feet consisting of both warehouse and office space. Other features include roll-up doors, ample parking, paint booth on-site, security alarms, and completely fenced and gated. The lease was executed by Sales & Leasing Agent Matt Crady.
