HVACR Tenant Leases 2,100 SF Space in Stuart

A 2,100-square-foot flex space condo located within the Treasure Coast Commerce Center on SW Jack James Drive in Stuart has been leased to Everest Mechanical Services, a growing HVACR company serving the Treasure Coast and surrounding markets.

The tenant executed a 3-year triple net lease for the space, which will support the company’s operational and service needs as it continues to expand its presence in the region.
