Large Professional Office is Off the Market

One of our newly built constrction projects now has a new owner. 1940 SW Fountainview Blvd in Port St. Lucie, has been sold to Marshall Street II LLC.

This 10,000 SF office building is situated in the heart of St. Lucie West, Florida. The site is fully occupied with three professional tenants that include: Morgan and Morgan law firm, Liberty Title Co. and the Baron Real Estate office.
