November 4th, 2014 – The Lyngate Professional Plaza Building located at 1680 SE Lyngate Dr. near Saint Lucie Medical Hospital was recently sold to a Private Investment Firm for $2,000,000. The two-story 23,000 sq. ft. professional office building is a Class “A” building. The building currently holds a variety of professional office practices including Fresenius Medical Care, and Clarity Now Network. The building has new spaces available for Medical Professionals, and other business types. The deal was brokered by Alex Rodriguez-Torres, a sales and leasing associate of Jeremiah Baron & Co.
