One of the many projects we’ve made happen in real estate is the Baron Shoppes of Tradition located in Port St. Lucie, Florida at SW Tradition Parkway and SW Village Parkway. Our tenants include Chipotle, Bagel Brothers, and Paradise Car Wash. The site features a shopping strip, two free-standing restaurants, and a free-standing retail building. The site is in close proximity some major new developments which include Wawa, Culvers, Panda Express, Verizon, Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital, and a proposed 660 unit apartment complex. We have already planed roots at the Baron Shoppes of Stuart, Florida with tenants who include Your Pie, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Firehouse Subs, to name a few.

Another one of our quality developments is Baron Island Storage. Coming soon to Hutchinson Island, Florida. We are pleased to announce the 77 unit premium storage facility will feature sixty four 300 sq ft (14′ x 20′) units and an additional eight units at 360 sq ft (14′ x 30′). Some of the site amenities will include gated access, security cameras, and each unit will be stubbed for an alarm system, and fully air conditioned units.
