Multiple Industrial Bays Leased in Jensen Beach

A total of four industrial bays have been leased at the Savannah II Industrial Building, located along NE Industrial Boulevard in Jensen Beach, during the months of February and March.

The transactions included an 800 SF unit, two 300 SF units, and a 1,000 SF unit, reflecting continued demand for small-bay industrial space in the area.
