Multiple Properties Sold & Leased for a total of $825K

Commercial Real Estate, LLC Agent, Lou Perrotta has recently closed on two properties along with two leases. One of the properties, a 10,500 square foot retail space located on Federal Highway and Edwards Road in Fort Pierce closed for $550,000. The property will be the new location for an antique mall, the grand opening is yet to be determined. Lou also sold an industrial property located at 1501 SE Decker Avenue in Stuart for $169,000. The industrial warehouse will be utilized as a storage facility.

Cheech’s Pizzeria will be leasing a space located at 1080 NW Federal Highway in Stuart, neighboring tenants such as Pinch-A-Penny and and Pro Cycles Bike Shop. In addition, a lawn care company by the name of Serafini’s Complete Lawn Care will lease out some office space located over at 1320 SE Federal Highway in Stuart. All transactions were brokered by Lou Perrotta of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
