New Tenants Coming Soon to Jensen Beach Shops

The Jensen Beach Shops located at 2800 NW Federal Highway will gain two new tenants in the coming months. Nationwide wireless provider, T-Mobile will be leasing a space next to Play-N-Trade and Panera Bread. Situated next to the Stanton Optical location will be one of the highly renowned electronic cigarette franchises, Vapor Shark. Other tenants in the plaza include Mattress Firm and Men’s Warehouse. The transaction for both business was brokered by Jeremiah Baron, Owner of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
