Palm City Professional Office Leased

An office/warehouse unit in the Palm City Business Park has been recently leased to Olneya Restoration Group, LLC. The restoration company is based out of Missouri, specializing in a variety of restoration and repair services for both residential and commercial properties. This will be one of their new Florida locations. The deal was brokered by Alex Rodriguez-Torres, Vice President of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
