Palm City Yachts to open new location in Stuart

An industrial warehouse property located at 3951 SE Commerce Ave. in Stuart has recently been sold for a total of $1,350,000. The Buyer, Palm City Yachts, will be opening their second location and will be providing large watercraft sales and services. The site features 8,280 SF of warehouse plus 4,600 SF of outdoor storage, also included in the property is a railroad spur and a 380 SF office. The deal was brokered by Lou Perrotta, Vice President of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
