Self-Storage Building Sold For $4,550,000

September 19, 2014 – A 34,848 square foot storage facility located on 9700 Two Notch Rd. in Columbia, South Carolina was recently sold to W.P. Carey for $4,550,000.  W.P. Carey is an investment firm located in New York. The facility will continue to operate as a self-storage business by the name of Monster Self Storage. The deal was brokered by Ward Snyder.
