Shopping Center Sold for $6.25M

The Eastchester Shopping Center has recently been sold for a grand total of $6,250,000. Verris Capital, a commercial real estate asset management and advisory firm purchased the property from seller M.S. Eastchester LLC. The center has 63,306 square feet of leasable space located at 274 Eastchester Drive in High Point, North Carolina. Tenants include Office Depot, Dollar Tree, Plato’s Closet Hooters and Dunkin Donuts. The deal was brokered by Ward Snyder, Commercial Real Estate Broker with Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate LLC.
