Skechers Signs 10-Year Lease

Hats off to Top Agent Conor Mackin for sealing the deal on a 10-year lease with Skechers Footwear! The fresh spot is set to be at 2280 NW Federal Hwy, conveniently situated just south of Target, Best Buy, and various other big-name retailers. With a grand total of 13,533 square feet, Sketchers has big plans to revamp the space and has its sights set on a late 2024 grand opening.
