Another great success! The 12,046 sf Sunrise Plaza has just been sold for a grand total of $2,100,000. The multi-tenant property includes Pinch-A-Penny, Hillmoor Optical, and Pink Lotus Salon & Spa, and others. The site was purchased by an investor from the Port St. Lucie area. The transaction was handled by Chris Belland, Sales Associate with Jeremiah Baron & Co.
