Tamarac Purchases Redevelopment Parcel for $2.66M

In a strategic move to enhance local redevelopment efforts, the City of Tamarac has officially acquired a 3.07-acre site located along the busy Commercial Boulevard corridor for a total of $2,657,000. The site, which currently contains two former retail structures totaling 133,729 square feet, is in position for a major transformation.

The property, which has been underutilized in recent years, will require extensive renovation, making it an ideal candidate for a full-scale redevelopment project. With its prime location and significant footprint, the site offers strong potential for a mixed-use or civic-oriented development that aligns with the city’s growth objectives.

The transaction was executed by Matt Crady of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, who represented the seller in the deal.
