Two separate 1,000 SF flex warehouse units at 3885 Investment Lane in West Palm Beach, FL have sold in owner/user transactions. The first unit closed at $285,000 and the second at $280,000, for a combined total of $565,000. Dana Hills of CMB Commercial Real Estate represented both the buyer and the seller in each transaction.
