A warehouse facility located on US Highway 98 in Panama City has recently been sold for a grand total of $2,025,000. The property consists of several buildings totaling 62,035 SF on 7.56 acres of land. Tenants range from storage business to service shops. The deal was brokered by Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
